Returns Service

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned with original packaging and labels
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels during transit

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider (such as Stripe)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

7. Non-Returnable Situations

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
